I’ve tried contacting support and they would like me to send the computer for a cross country journey. The cost of shipping it should be covered under warranty, but support has not told me so. I am slightly disappointed in the support that I am getting. After spending a lot of $ and carefully installing and following the instructions we get an error message and distorted start up screen telling us Windows was unable to start properly. After multiple attempts and checking all the wiring nothing changed and we kept getting the same start up screen as pictured. Doesn’t anyone pre-run these very expensive computers before they send them out to customers?!
