Perfect thickness, dries fast and compatible with most paints without reaction. Remember, a little bit goes a long way. Worth the purchase. Not as thick as 2k paint but excellent results. If going for a silver or polished chrome, this will fog it up slightly, but provide an excellent glossy protective coat

Clear is clear. Used this over their chrome paint and it's holding up well. I used it on a door handle, so it sees a lot of use. Still holding strong.

I applied this over a recently painted item and it made the paint pop.

Tried using externally on some old stainless hubcaps. Turned chrome paint gray instantly. Guess mostly designed to use internally on lexan model cars backed with their black backer paint.

If used exactly as directed, it gives a great shine. USE A RESPIRATOR as this stuff is uber smelly. The clear coat gives much-needed protection for the chrome spray paint as well. Really great product if you want something to look like actual chrome.
