After much product review, I’m very happy with my choice.
Excellent fit. Very comfortable and easy in and out especially with 2 sizes. Great wind noise reduction, good voice and OK music with packtalk. Easy to wash. Very happy with product after much shopping. This is addendum to this review.:I have now had these about 2 months and have used them a lot. They are holding up very well. Go in and out easily and really Work! Very happy. Have made a big difference in my riding experience. Much more pleasant, and much less fatigue. Especially at hi-way speeds.

Initial indications are good
Today, I took a 2 hour spin on my motorcycle to test out these Pinlocks. I have a Honda ST1300 with a Shoei GT Air helmet. The combo is pretty good for wind protection and noise. I was very happy with the Pinlocks. The noise reduction seemed quite good to me. I turned on the FM radio on my Sena, and I could clearly hear it. My go-to ear plugs have been foam types for effectiveness and comfort. The Pinlock plugs seem to be working every bit as well and I think better than the foam ones, both in terms of effectiveness and comfort. I have to jam the foam ones in my ears and it's difficult to always get them in so that I get adequate noise reduction. Getting them in is always an ordeal. Over the course of a day ride, the foam plugs make my ears a little sore. With all else being equal, I would prefer the Pinlocks over foams because they are must easier to insert. The real test would be a multi-day ride, but after two hours, they still felt great. I think I can say with confidence that I could wear them all day. If your motorcycle creates wind buffeting noise, as my Honda Africa Twin does, you will probably hear some low frequency rumbling. Virtual elimination of that noise would be the holy grail of ear plugs. If the Pinlocks did that, I would rate them 5 stars instead of 4. Still, they probably attenuate that noise as well as anything else I've tried. I first tried on the Pinlocks while sitting in my living room. I was a bit concerned about how difficult they were to get back out, but I found that they were much easier to remove if they've been in for a while. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the little tabs are not very effective, but you might find an orientation that allows you to access them more easily. At any rate, I don't find removal to be an issue after wearing them for a longer period of time. Update: I just wore them for nine hours straight. The right ear felt fine but the left ear was a little sore. On my next long ride, I'll try not to jam them in quite so far. That might help. Well into the ride, I made a stop and pushed them in further, and I think I was a bit too aggressive with it. For any ear plug, I would expect that your individual ear anatomy will affect your results. But one thing I definitely noticed was how much better I could hear my FM audio with the ear plugs inserted. I went out for a relatively short ride a few weeks ago to test out a little bit of work I did on the bike, and without wearing any plugs, the FM audio was not clear at all. With these Pinlocks inserted, the audio is much clearer. These are the best plugs I've found so far.

Best motorcycle earplugs.
These are the best motorcycle earplugs I have used. I use the SHOEI GT Air helmet and I have installed the SENA 10U. With these plugs I can listen to music and the wind noise is greatly reduced. When making phone calls it is not as good sound as the music but good enough. The fit is perfect, and I commute weekly for over 2hrs at a time and it's very comfortable. Highly recommended, and I would buy again if necessary.

Did not work for me
The product is neatly packaged, comes with 4 actual plugs (2 sets in 2 different sizes), and seems to be made of quality materials. The noise cancellation does not work for me at all. I use the plugs when riding my adventure motorcycle. I have an adventure helmet with a peak, so it gets pretty noisy. The helmet itself is good quality and about as good as adventure helmets get regarding wind noise reduction. I usually use the normal pink/yellow foam plugs you can by at the drug store or Lowes/HD etc. These are very good at blocking noise, but can hurt after several hours in the ear. Which is why I got the Pinlocks. The Pinlocks go in easy and are very comfortable, even after several hours. However, they did not seem to block much of the wind noise for me at all. Maybe, maybe, a 5-10% wind noise reduction. The cheapo foam plugs get probably a 25-30 reduction for me. I would like these plugs to have worked for me, but they simply do not. YMMV.

My new favorite ear plugs, after trying 8+ other pairs.
They're great! They don't block as much noise as foam Hearos, but the way they selectively block it is far more useful - wind noise is filtered heavily while voices, music, and exhaust are less quieted. I prefer three-flange ear plugs to two-flange types for better sealing. These sit deep in your ear, so are less visible to others and less likely to rub against the inside of a helmet. The hard plastic filter is very small compared to Etymotic's, and is entirely unnoticeable while in your ear. Removal can occasionally be tough depending on what direction the tab is facing, so be careful when putting them in your ear.

Wonderful noise cancellation
Good fit, comfortable, nice noise cancellation at most levels but still allows for items in normal speaking frequencies through. I use them for motorcycle riding and have tried multiple types, basic foam (they do work but just okay), silicone inserts (they work as well but are not as comfortable), the pinlock plugs are my favorite.

These do exactly what they're meant to do and that's block out wind noise. They are extremely comfortable in your ear, you don't even realise they're in there. The only thing I would change is the storage box, I'd prefer this to be a keyring type box.

They lower the wind noise but still allow me to listen to music

An excellent pair of ear plugs which cut the noise down (I cannot quantify the noise reduction but not quite as good as the EAR foam plugs but definitely more comfortable. One downside is to be careful how you insert them - the tab needs to be uppermost otherwise it’s a struggle to remove, and they fit easier if you lube them with water (or spit😷 sorry but I don’t carry water on a ride) but otherwise they can twist and fail to seal out properly. You get two pairs of plugs - large and small but one set of red blanking plugs and a polystyrene type case. Only used for a week or so (200 miles commuting) but would recommend. Negatives: require lube to fit properly; doesn’t block sounds as well as my EAR foam (but they are reusable); make sure the tab is uppermost
