Does anyone use this with hot water after surfing? Worried about leaking into the car while driving to surf spots...

Yeah, dude, it's great for warm surf showers. Fill it up with the hottest water you can before you head out and make sure it's depressurised with the blowoff valve (if you pressurise it when it's completely full it will spray out the blowoff valve). I keep a plastic bin in my car for all my wet gear anyways so I just set it in there and it's good to go.

How much PSI do you get with this pump shower?

not sure but works well enough to wash things with no leakage so far

Can I get a replacemebt nozzle?

Don't know the seals failed and the tank split lasted 6 months

Where can I get a replacement spray hose?

You can find similar hose material at most hardware stores or Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Just get the right size (diameter). Take the old hose or a piece of it with you.
