It has worked well until 2mos ago when the back-up camera suddenly became very blurry, like it’s out of focus. Tried cleaning the lens but it didn’t help. The front cam works fine but now the rear cam is pretty much useless. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love the video camera - great size and clarity *by J***N on November 20, 2017* Love the video camera - great size and clarity. The only issue we have is that it vibrates a lot even though we have it very tightly secured to both mirrors in our two Ford F150 trucks. Wish we could stop that but that's the only complaint we have. ### ⭐ I am not pleased at all with this dash cam *by P***. on August 10, 2017* I am not pleased at all with this dash cam. Often after having it on , I have removed the memory card and put it in my laptop to view it and it was blank. Even though I had turned it on and the video on the mirror showed it was on while I was driving. My husband and I took a 3 hour trip. It worked fine until the memory card filled up. I turned the cam off. But it came back on by itself. I turned it off several times but it would come back on and then it would turn off by itself immediately after it would turn itself on. It did that over and over driving us crazy. I unplugged it and put it the glove box but it kept doing it. I tried bringing up the menu but it would turn itself off as soon as it was turned on. It finally ran out of power in about an hour. The next time I used it it worked fine. Then the other day after using it just half and hour and turning it off , when I went to turn it back on , it wouldn't turn on. It was fully charged. Actually the charger was plugged in. I still cannot get it to turn on and I want to return it.
