Really pleased with this unit, we call him Jack (after Jack Frost 😜). So glad we bought one of the larger capacity ones, the air does travel through the flat! It's very powerful even on the lower setting. We set it to 16 degrees and the room was chilled in 10 minutes. It's not quiet, but we expected this. Used to have a window unit that was much louder. Similar noise to a stove extractor. We can still have a conversation or watch telly when it's on. Small price to pay for the lovely temperature. If there is anything I'd have loved is to have more settings maybe, but that might be ineffective/or not energy efficient, who knows. I actually thought this was coming with that universal window cover with the zip but apparently we got a sliding window unit. Luckily both works for us and it looks neater than the zipped one would have. All in all we highly recommend this airconditioner, very happy with the purchase. One thing to note, do buy the most powerful one you can afford, you'll be glad you did. The air does travel, it's lovely.

It’s amazingly easy to use. Remote control is easy to understand and easy to learn. Size of AC is good enough. Weight is a little heavier than I expected. Air quality is fantastic as I expected because I am from a country that AC is an essential part of the house! Functionality is great and stable. It is 3 in 1 that helps you to save money and prevent buying 3 devices individually!

Quite impressed!! Was hoping it really would work, and it does! Kept the whole of the downstairs of our house lovely and cool. Didnt even realise it was 30°c outside till i opened the back door. Hose is a bit short but not too much of an issue if you can stand the machine near a window to vent. Only downside, it is loud. But that is minor compared to not being hot!! I will but a 2nd one for upstairs as well.

I have long mulled over purchasing an air conditioning unit. Given our unpredictable British weather, it always seemed a little bit of an extravagant purchase, several weeks of an uncomfortable lounge is something I have endured for years. The living room of my home gets cooked over the summer, it is exceptionally well insulated and receives about eight hours of direct sunlight on the windows which creates a greenhouse effect. This year I had had enough and finally took the plunge and I'm glad that I did. The unit cools my 4m by 5m room in no time at all, from icky and sticky to nice and chilly in 20 mins. It is by no means silent, the noise is equal to a large fan that I own on top speed but this is to be expected. All portable air cons are like this apparently. The window fittings are for European windows, another common feature with portable air cons. I have the hose out of the window for the time being until I can do it properly but the performance doesn't seem to be affected. A 2 year warranty on this model too which is good for a bit of peace of mind. All in all, brilliant unit for a reasonable price. I should have got one sooner.

Fantastic product, bought it on sale and it’s an absolute game changer. Very high quality, cools the room down perfectly and is very easy to use. It’s quite heavy and when using it in aircon mode you can’t move it very far as it needs to be near a window. One thing to bear in mind for UK buyers is if you don’t have sash windows you will need to buy a window kit which is a silky polyester bag that secures to the window frame and window to create a seal otherwise the lower pressure in the room will draw the hot air back in. We have a window that opens inward which allows the kit to work best but if you have standard outward opening windows you will struggle to get the best out of this unit.

Product did not say has a water tray (we specifically read the details as we did not want this) this fills up very very quick and needs near hourly draining (it’s heavy!) or it overflows. Also, does not work with standard UK windows, the tube if not long, so can’t have it on the floor to reach the window, it needed to sit on a side (did I mention it’s really heavy?) and it’s a lot louder than expected. Plus side: it made our room more comfortable in the heat wave. But was it worth it? na.

This is oozing quality. It's sturdy, powerful and if we have hot summer weeks like we did in 2022 this will be a great asset to our bungalow. It works very well as a cloths dryer and dehumidifier. We've not had hot weather yet on the East coast where I live, in fact it's almost like we haven't left March and it's now June. I think this will work well given the other features work well, no reason why it shouldn't. It is heavy, it's on wheels but difficult to push around on a carpet. It's not as noisy as our other dehumidifier by a long stretch so a bit of give and take. Overall, this unit is a little more expensive than others on Amazon but it is quality, worth the extra money and it's sold by a UK company based in England which has to be a bonus these days. I had a question and emailed their customer service who came back to me with an answer very quickly, helpful and courteous. A good product with a 2 year warranty.

De momento enfria bastante bien un salon de unos 30 m2 es bastante compacto por lo que me cabe en el hueco de la chimenea pudiendo sacar el tubo de extracción de aire por el mismo hueco, ahorrando algo de espacio, hace el ruido que se espera para un aire acondicionado portatil al tener el compresor en el mismo cuerpo del aparato, pero en general contento con la compra.
