hi, is this asian size or regular us size? my usual us size is L, and xxl if it is asian size. what size should I choose?

The jacket (at least the one I have) lists both sizes. I have a med, and it says Asian size L, and it fits like a US medium.

How much it weighs? product detail says 11.99 Ounces. Lightweight should be 6 or 7 oz range. ??
