Not sure if they are working because I take so many supplements. But these are sublingual dissolveable tablets. They take a little longer to dissolve then I thought they would. They seem sweet and have a slight berry taste. Nothing strong, but if you are drinking something sweet right afterwards, you wont taste your drink. lol Small in size, easy to use.

Seems to be working, noticed that I have more energy during the day than before starting these. They don't taste too bad and dissolve quickly under the tongue. Time will tell if my B12 levels improve. Definitely prefer these over the B12 injections.
