I bought it only to use on my chin and neck and so dont know if it can be used for hands/legs. the product is apparently not suitable for eyebrow hair ( as written on the product box). I've found sometimes that I have to turn it upside down (with the switch side up). On more stubborn hairs try to align the hair with the tweezers. It also helps if you have a magnifying mirror. No duele casi nada sinceramente me dolía más con la cera del 1 al 10 (siendo 10 máximo dolor) se siente un 3 máximo. No duden en comprarla es la practicidad en planta. ACTUALIZACIÓN!!!! Me sacó mega ronchitas en toda la cara donde la usé al principio se sentía suavecita la cara pero al otro día puff me llene de ronchas rojas (no sé si tengo la piel demasiado sensible) con la cera jamás me pasó algo así de hecho aún traigo marquitas rojas :(.
