These bags do NOT fit around the top of a 20 gallon trash can. They do fit around a standard 13 gallon can tho. They're falsely advertised as XL but the only thing xl about then is the inside of the bag! I thought I was buying regular trash bags **Q: $7 at the store. Why are these $30+ on amazon?** A: My local H‑E‑B has a 30 count for $7.77.
