Seems like this is an old/used piece. The box says it included a power adapter but it’s missing.

Didn't come with an AU plug

For me the system took a very long time to get working satisfactory, this is based on rooms with a 12 foot width, so from the master Deco to the furtherest point 48 feet, to achieve full functionality 4 Deco units in line a total of 9 units to achieve a reasonable result, in addition a lot of moving from one spot to another.
