Ok, so I've been taking these for over a month and I noticed a handful positive effects after about a week or two. #1.) I normally wake up groggy in the morning. When I'm taking the Youngevity products, I wake up in the morning without that "fog," ready to go. I don't quite believe it myself, but it's pretty nice not to have that morning lag. #2.) I don't get food or junkfood cravings when I'm taking this. But, my body will actually crave the shakes. #3.) I actually noticed an improvement in my memory. Now, i'm not your average person, I've struggled with memory issues for a long time.This didn't cure me, but I can tell it's definitely helping. #4.) I feel a steady amount of energy throughout the day. Which is interesting, as I didn't change my eating habits until after taking it for a month.
