Absolutely recommend. Very soft and much better than the string that comes in trach kit. Velcro strip is thin but strong and easily threads through securing islets on trach. Cleanable, but will stain with blood. Soft and nicely padded for comfort especially compared to the stiffer more robust options. The thinner velcro strip is also forgiving when it comes preventing overhang of the velcro that can happen with the the wider designs and which can catch on clothes and irritate skin.

I had to cut off about 5 inches (2.5" on each side) to fit my 10" neck. They are really really long. I got them to fit by cutting off the velcro ends and super gluing them back on after cutting off 2.5" on each side. I'm 5'5" 120 lbs. But they are very soft and comfy. I'm only taking stars off because of the length.

I love these but, I ordered size medium and recieved large so now I have to cut the attachment part. Makes it troublesome for my daughter's care.
