do these fit standard american 1/4 inch tube?

I had to use a heat gun to get the 1/4" tube over the connector. Someone else suggested hot water which I'm sure works but is a little impractical for field use. I happen to have a cordless heat gun so that's perfect.

About how many can be connected to a 1/2" drip line with about 30 psi?

These are 1/4 in not 1/2 in but I suppose you could use adapters to get to 1/2 in tubing. I would think it depends on your pressures, mine here are high so it would prob work. All mine are 1/4 in.

At 25 psi, what is the minimum/maximum water flow/volume per hour for this product?

Hi, this drip irrigation emitter has a flow rate of 0-120L/H; the drip emitters discharge is also adjustable, you can adjust the drip head to get the water flow you want

What is the differnce between this one & other model that does not have extra barb? Is extrabard the only difference?

Not sure about the extra barb, but these trip emitters work well, the adjustable head functions as described. Fits tight inside 1/4 tubing, does not separate or split.
