Make sure to put just enough massage oil on the skin. Too much and I found it didn’t suction as well.

I’ve really thought these would suction well on my skin with oil. But the curvature of the cup actually prevented it from cupping well to my skin and suctioning into it. It looks like a quality item but I just haven’t reached for it like I thought I would.

These massage cups are very well made. In my photo I posted it next to another massage cup that I have, which is a little bit lighter and very rough inside. These are very smooth inside, and the finish is uniform throughout. You have to use these with a massage oil and on a large body part like the thighs or the back. They work very well when used properly and on a sufficiently sized area. You can look at videos online to see exactly the technique that is used with them. These do not have the same suction strength as silicone cups, but they are for a different technique and definitely have a place in your massage regimen.

The tools themselves did not have any brand name etched on them, and they did not come with any instructions. There are 2 sizes, with 1 being slightly larger than the other, but not that much of a difference. This was the first time I've seen or tried a massage tool with this shape. I wasn't sure what to expect, and being a first timer, this is where an instruction sheet would have come in handy. These are nicely made, and smooth. No sharp edges. They feel nice on my legs. I need help trying to loosen my thigh muscles, and these seem to help. As far as the cellulite claim of "reducing the appearance of cellulite", unfortunately this has not been true for me yet. How many months or what time frame should I see that happening? I tried to use them on my shoulders like is shown in the photos, however it's awkward to try to hold the handle and the angle just isn't right. So, you can comfortably use these on your legs yourself, but for your shoulders you may need a buddy.

Really nice quality. You can see some glue overflow where the handles are attached to the dome cup but they feel secure and strong. No rough spots that can cut or damage the skin. Nicely finished wood. Smooth. You simply use oil and run the cups over the body in an upward motion to sculpt and lift. As you stroke upward, depending on the area of the body suction is created within the cup that aids in the massage and sculpting process. Feels good but it’s a rough massage. There are YouTube videos since there are no instructions included on or in the box.
