If you enjoy eating peaches all throughout the year and want to make a raspberry peach crumble one jar of these peaches is all you need plus a few raspberries! I freeze raspberries or you can also get them fresh - both work in my recipe. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees! To make the crumble reserve 2 tablespoons of the juice in one (23.5 ounce) jar of Dole Peach slices. Pour the reserved juice into a glass pie plate and then drain off and throw away the rest of the juice in the jar and add the peaches to the pie plate. Use a kitchen shears to cut the peaches into smaller pieces. Then add in 3/4 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, the zest of 1/2 an orange (before you cut it in half works best), juice of one orange (about 1/4 a cup), 1/3 cup sugar (stir that all up) then 1/4 cup all purpose flour sprinkled over everything and stirred up well. Top with a mixture of 1/3 cup dark brown sugar, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice, 1/3 cup old fashioned oats (mix the dry ingredients up first) and then add in 1/4 cup melted salted butter. I just spoon the oat mixture out with a wooden spoon I've used to mix everything up. So spread it out evenly over the peach/raspberry mixture. Bake for 1 hour! Then serve warm with ice cream. The best soo good great for salads or just a snack and fruit salad

This is always my go- to brand for packaged peaches. But the last jar I purchased was a little under ripe. Like they might have been picked a little too soon. I think they will end up in a pie or something so I don't waste them.
