This is the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever had delivered. We bought it after having it in Florence last summer, and now home ... needing a higher quality than was available locally. This vinegar is slightly thicker, and as such, has amazing ability to transform any salad, cheese, or other dish needing a bit of balsamic.
