Lovely flavour, really highly concentrated so you only need a very small amount to flavour the water.

Unpleasant Smell and Aftertaste — Not for Me
I really wanted to enjoy this as I love elderflower drinks, but unfortunately this syrup just didn’t live up to my expectations. The smell was the first letdown — instead of a light, fresh floral scent with a hint of mint, it smelled more like a decaying plant mixed with harsh chemicals. The initial taste when mixed with carbonated water was okay, but the aftertaste ruined it for me. It left a strong, bitter mint flavour that felt very artificial and lingered far too long. Tip: If you do try this with a SodaStream, I highly recommend ignoring the syrup’s own mixing instructions — stick to your SodaStream’s guidelines instead, or you’ll end up with an overpowering drink. I gave it two stars rather than one because in a pinch I could force myself to drink it if I had absolutely no other option, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.
