Fell asleep at 8 am and woke up in the evening at 5: 30 pm, my deep sleep has gone up by 30 mins, previous readings were between 30 - 45 mins without the Fast up. Body battery is 55+ great stuff, I was also dehydrated before going to sleep, I would definately recommend this product to everyone.

If you're not sleepy this won't make you sleepy😂. If you're already sleepy this will make you sleep longer. If you take this and feel sleepy, it's a placebo effect due to your brain making you feel like it's working😂. If you're a nocturnal, it won't do a thing. YOUR own effort matters. I took it and stayed up 4 hours after that like it was nothing. So fix your schedule. These won't help if you just rely on them.

I regularly purchase Fast&Up Melatonin and have always been satisfied with the product. However, this time I unexpectedly received tubes with the seals broken. I believe the damage may have occurred during transit or transportation. I raised a complaint with Amazon Customer Care, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was resolved. Within just two days, I received fresh stock that was properly sealed and securely packed. Very impressed with the prompt response and customer service from both the Amazon team and the supplier. It helps to fall asleep n get complete sleep but in women's it will affect our menstrual cycle that month
