Love this puzzle!
We purchased this puzzle at the beginning of July and THEN looked at the reviews -- And I got a little apprehensive. However, a little over a month later and I have completed the Astronomy Tower portion of it, and I am really impressed!! For anyone who might be worried about missing pieces, I do want to clear that concern up to counter some of the reviews I have seen -- The directions do recommend that you to save *every* throwaway piece until the puzzle is completed. They also have contact information/instructions on how to go about replacing missing pieces. I saved the throwaway pieces in a tupperware container, and as I progressed through the puzzle I found that I was most definitely missing a couple pieces. I went back through the container of throwaways and found all of them. I cannot speak on how the company handles missing pieces (because I imagine it COULD happen) to have this review touch on that, but be rest assured that the company has a resolution for that problem -- So sit back and enjoy your puzzle with peace of mind :) As I said, it took me about a month to finish the Astronomy Tower. I found the puzzle to be just challenging enough, but still very enjoyable and satisfying as you complete each portion. Another reviewer on here stated that some pieces seem to fit in several places, and I did find that it was sort of possible, but the directions show you black/white images of the puzzle shapes (not the image itself) for you to refer to to determine if the shape of the piece actually matches the final design. To tell you the truth, I enjoyed that part of the challenge as well. I am now working on the Great Hall portion now, but I highly recommend this to anyone who loves challenging puzzles, Harry Potter, and perhaps someone who is a tween and older. This is a great puzzle for families to work on together too!

Just enough challenge to build; impressive to display
These are actual jigsaw puzzles where you assemble a dozen or so small assemblies that then get mounted together into the final building. Most of your time is spent doing the puzzle -- sorting pieces and putting them together just like you would a regular jigsaw puzzle. You then use the instructions to do the 3D assembly and that actually ends up being not that difficult. Some recommendations: 1) Buy one of the smaller sets from the series and try it out and see if its really your bag before you commit to one of the monster sets. 2) First step is to go through the pieces and remove the "chads" (pieces that are attached to the real pieces in manufacturing that are to be discarded). DO NOT THROW THE CHADS AWAY but put them back in the box or in some other storage container for later (step 5). 3) Sort the pieces by color or subject, etc. I sorted basically into three major groups: walls, ground and roof. Then the walls and roof i sorted even further by window-type and so on. 4) Decide how much you want to be challenged: if you are a jigsaw "nut" and want the biggest challenge ever, start looking at the photos of the finished product on the box and start putting your puzzles together. If you want to make things a little bit easier, tackle each mini-puzzle one at a time by looking at the instructions which show you an outline of what the mini-puzzle should look like. It even has outlines of all the pieces (but not the colors of the piece itself) to help. If you want things to be even a bit more easy, then go to the Wrebbit website and download their pdf of the instructions. These instructions have photos of each assembly including full color and the piece outlines. 5) When are finished jigsawing you probably are going to determine that you have a couple of missing pieces like others have mentioned in the reviews. I put three of these together and each time i had two or three of the smaller pieces missing. But i went back through my box of "chad" and found each of the pieces. So don't throw your chads away until you are finished 6) When doing your puzzles be very careful about parts that are very similar to the part you need. The pieces are foam so you can inadvertently force two pieces together that don't quite fit and it will look OK but be wrong. After finishing each puzzle, I would recommend comparing it to the photo in the pdf to make sure you didn't swap two similar pieces. 7) Once you have all the puzzles finished, assemble per the instructions. It goes very quickly at that point.

Great way to spend time with my daughter
We built both of these puzzles over a period of 4 months. They are not easy, but they go together in a way that you always feel as if you make progress. The fit is excellent and instructions are good. We took care to make sure that the panels were fit together properly to ensure a sturdy structure, and now we have a rather large Howarts on our dining room table. We loved this project and look forward to the next one,

This is the only review you’ll need to read
Okay, I have just purchased the complete set and received it this past Wednesday. Overall this puzzle is great! It’s a lot of fun to put the pieces together and assembling all the structures can be very satisfying! But there’s a reason I’m giving this 2 stars. Before my purchase I read reviews that people were missing pieces and swore they were not the ones who lost them. I looked over it and decided to get this set anyways. Upon completing the Astronomy set there were 2 missing pieces which prohibited complete assembly of the puzzle (yes the discard pile of pieces was checked several times by several eyes). We opened up the second set and began working on that while we waited for the missing pieces to arrive through wreddit. We’re now just about finished with this one and we were noticing 2 missing pieces from the base and hoping nothing more than that. Now we have all these structures completed but no completed base to attach them to. We'll soon send in another form through wreddit once we confirm those are the only 2 pieces missing. !!BUT HERES THE POINT!! This could’ve all been easily avoided if they packaged these puzzles better. Inside the box of this puzzle is just the pieces! No plastic to hold them all or anything. And even worse then that there are easily noticeable spots in the flaps of the box for pieces to come out throughout handling in the warehouse or what have you. On their website they note pieces can be stuck in the flaps of the cardboard box, which there were. Overall you can tell it’s going to be an amazing looking puzzle once it’s all together especially if you’re a fan of the HP series. I really hope In the future I can change this review. And of course I’m still going to buy the diagon alley set so hopefully those will be a more pleasurable experience. UPDATE: I have just received the two missing pieces from the first set which I gotta say was pretty quick to get here! Now I’m just waiting for 2 more from the other set which I’m sure will be here soon. I changed my review to 4 stars as I’ve now also purchased the knight bus, weasleys burrow, and hogsmeade puzzles from wrebbit. So far the knight buss came with all the pieces and as were wrapping up weasleys house its looking like all the pieces are there for that one as well. Great looking puzzles!

Tricky but Fun to assemble
This puzzle will keep you busy for awhile. I assembled the two in this bundle and the clock tower and it took me close to two weeks. This puzzle is great for the obsessive Harry Potter fan who loves puzzles but not for children as the instructions are minimal. I had to go back through the boxes but I wasn't missing any pieces when I finished and I had an extra tree.

More photos would have been nice
The puzzle is lots of fun to put together. I little difficult because you don’t have big pictures of all sides. It helped to sort pieces by color and textures. The pieces though are sturdy and it is well made.

First class, very satisfying 3D puzzle.
Have many Wrebbet 3D puzzles and all are very good. All are a real challenge to assemble. But that's the point of a good puzzle. Detailed assembly help available from online.

So glad to have this
We prefer the Wrebbit Harry Potter 3D puzzles in the original large size but was mostly finding the smaller versions in stores. I found some on Amazon and now have found the last four that I needed to complete the set. TY TY TY When I have a permanent puzzle room set up again these will be the first ones we assemble and let stand.

Great 3D Puzzle
This puzzle was a gift. My friend really enjoyed it and when finished it looks really great. The only thing that could have been better were the instructions for putting the pieces together. They weren't always clear and it took quite a while to assemble it. I have ordered a number of Webbit puzzles and they were all really good.

Easy to assemble, looks great!
I loved assembling these puzzles! The difficulty is that there are a lot of pieces with similar colours and patterns but there are enough differences to make it easy enough to figure out where everything goes. There are actually 3 puzzles that make up the full Hogwarts (pictured), this pack only includes two of them, but they’re the most important 2. I added fairy lights as I assembled them to add to the magic ;)
