Momofuku Spicy Soy Ramen Noodles by David Chang, 5 Count (Pack of 1) Air-Dried Vegan Instant Noodles with Sauce

This is my favorite flavor noodles from Momofuku. It's as or more satisfying than Chinese takeout, it's so good. The noodles are nice quality. I've gotten this one with both the wide noodles and the more narrow ones, I never know what I'm going to get. The sauce has incredible flavor and excellent ingredients. It's just hot enough to tingle my lips but not too hot and just the right combination of soy and sweet flavors. I eat these a lot. And unlike the lower quality brands of ramen, it feels like I'm actually eating real food, not emergency rations. Much recommended.

Comes in a bag with 4 individually sealed meals(1noodle disk/1sauce packet) for easy packing in lunchbox. Sauce is mild but flavorful(personally like a little more heat but this was good). Noodles cooked up in about 3mins(microwave) and has good texture. A little pricey but I'll definitely buy these again

Spicy 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Gluten free ✔️ Size ✔️ Sauce (very aromatic & tasty) ✔️ I must say these are the first noodles I have eaten that did not give me heartburn or indigestion afterwards which is great BUT to me they a slightly salty after taste in every other bite and the texture seems a bit chewy no matter how much you cook them or which flavor of noodle packet I cook…and the noodles get cold super fast…that’s the reason for my 4 star rating…

These are super tasty (restaurant quality is right) and you get 4 meals for a very fair price. A delicious bargain in 2026? YES! Maker Mine Momofuku!

The noodles have potential. I appreciate that they aren't deep fried like most instant ramen/noodle types. Unfortunately, the flavor is pretty bland, and I don't accept that the reasoning is so people can build up the flavor profile if they want (at consumer cost only). I tried several times with different amounts of the sauce, and all I could feel was my lips tingling and a slippery feeling of the oil. By that example, I would not pay extra for that supposed wonderful crunchy topping. It is empty calories, not filling at all. And a horrible sodium intake. For the cost, and the size of the portions, I am going to say that this would be my last resort for food. Also, there is no indication anywhere on the packaging that it is recyclable or compostable, which should be a requirement nowadays; we are in 2025. I don't really give any cares for the look or design of the package. This is a deal breaker for me. At least with the uber cheap major insta-ramen brands, I'm not wasting my time.

They changed their recipe recently and all the flavors taste different. I used to love these noodles and now I find them completely inedible. The first time I tried the new recipe (unbeknownst to me), I literally spit it out because I thought it had gone bad. I now know that it tastes that way on purpose. Truly gross. If you have always liked these noodles, you probably won't like them anymore. Very bummed.

These are so delicious, not to spicy though.
