Thank who ever made these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well, wish I didn’t have to buy ten *by K***R on November 28, 2022* I looked for a week in hardware, home stores, electrical suppliers and online to find something to replace the plastic thingee on my roaster because the cord had become frayed. I learned they are called stress relief, and when I found these they did relieve my stress, because I didn’t have to replace an otherwise perfectly good roaster. They are firm, semi-hard plastic which held up well to five hours of turkey-roasting on Thanksgiving. Easy to install. The diagram did not show the size of the part that fits through the hole, though, so I had to guess, but it was right. They do protrude a couple inches, and only bend slightly (offering ample stress relief!). I only wish I could buy just a couple, because now I have nine extras. On the upside, I have a lifetime supply of stress relief.
