Expensive but we knew Festool is $$. Very nice set. Happy I bought it

If you are committed to the Festool ecosystem, you know the drill. Everything seems to cost more than it should. But then you finally win, or loose the mental tennis match and break down and buy the tool or the accessories (and that is one of the prevailing overarching factors, the availability of truly useful/thoughtful/functional accessories) only to come to the realization that in the end it is really an excellent product and while expensive in comparison to mainstream equipment, works significantly better in conjunction with all the other elements especially as a system. Same story here. While the cost of a hose fitting kit shouldn't cost over one hundred bucks, once you have it and it is in its systainer and it is conveniently located on top of your dust extraction unit etc etc it all make sence. Shut up, settle down and just buy it. You won't regret it in the morning. I mean you spent between 600 and 900 bucks for a glorified vacuum right? And, once you came to terms with that, you came to realize it works so well and is so quite and the thought of your tools vomiting dust all over the place when there is a totally effective solution, you can justify buying another one cause who wants to keep swapping the hose from one tool to the other constantly, I mean really ;)

Works well. Good storage box. Little bit pricy

I was on the fence literally for years with this one. Finally hit the purchase button and once I received had zero buyers remorse. There is a reason this costs more than anything else like it. Quality plastics and the fit and finish are great. The brush on the sweeper head is my favorite part as I don’t have to listen to the screeching sound my old setup makes on a concrete floor. It really is just made better.

Bought this to clean my garage floor. The sturdy plastic and stiff bristles make the task a breeze. Not sure what benefit you gain with the much more expensive metal version, but this is good enough for me. The sustainer box it comes with holds everything perfectly with room to spare (I was able to fit in a few additional cleaning heads that are sold separately). While it is expensive, considering all you get, it doesn’t feel too overpriced as far as Festool accessories go. In fact, it may be one of the most bang for the buck kits they sell.

Good basic set at a reasonable price. Is durable and perfect for cleaning various surfaces. The dust collection depends on the the size of the vacuum.

I should have bought these sooner. This is a great addition to my Festool dust extractor. I bought it because I was redoing my flooring, pulling up my carpet and tac strip and then vacuum it all down to prepare for hardwood floor. I love the attachment that has a little wheels on it to keep it from sticking to the floor. It’s easy to control and does very well picking up little staples and nails and debris left over from the tack strip and carpet padding. In my old age I don’t like bending over anymore and I have to especially doing a floor. This gave me a nice break standing up and working. It fits on top of my desk extractor and so it was easy to find the appropriate attachment for crevices or Bare floor.

At first take this might seem extremely pricey for a few clean-up tools for a vac but like everything Festool makes, these are very good quality. Heavy plastic parts that fit the system perfectly. All packed in a systainer that attaches to the top of the dust extractor. Said sytainer goes for $70 empty, so this is not a ridiculous price for the set if you want good tools that work with your Festool system. I understand, not for everyone; but just for the record, this is how we used to make things in the USA. I am most pleased with the set.
