Great for 1st timers!
Worked great on VW Tiguan and extra fittings mean I can do pretty much any car we buy. Was able to use it suck fluid from the reservoir before topping up. The top up flask fit in the narrow access and ensure the reservoir was full whilst I bled each wheel. Zero mess and super easy to control suction. Decently compact and well made! Will last me years I'm sure.

A Flawless Professional-Grade Tool
After replacing the master cylinder and ABS modulator on a 1998 DeVille, I expected, from reading the reviews, fighting intake leaks and constant bubbles making bleeding the brake lines an arduous task. I am not a mechanic by any means; but won't hesitate to splurge on professional tools as a reward for self-sufficiency. The BILITOOLS boasts it can withstand an airfeed of 170 psi and with my 80 gal, 20 CFM compressor providing that flow all of the criticisms made in these reviews simply do not obtain. I propped the BILITOOLS 3 Liter bucket against a tire to keep it upright and opened the vacuum valve. I looked for bubbles in the bleeder line once the compressor was engaged and saw none. In fact, as far as I could tell there was nothing flowing in the bleeder line at all. Not even a tinge of the yellow brake fluid was visible in the clear bleed screw effluent line. I stood up to check on the master cylinder tank and thought perhaps of pumping on the brake pedal to encourage action and my foot nudged the suddenly heavy BILITOOLS 3 Liter bucket. I was shocked to find it was already filled 2 inches deep with brake fluid! I next moved to bleed the front tires. As the ABS modulator had been replaced, often bleeding of the ABS requires either a scantool or slamming the brakes while driving on gravel or leaves. Not so with the powerful vacuum applied! Within two minutes with no sign of any fluid in the brake bleed line there was another inch of brake fluid in the BILITOOLS container and the BILITOOLS master cylinder feed was nearly empty of the 1 Liter DOT3 brake fluid it had held. This Vacuum Brake Bleeder clearly performs best with a professional shop capacity compressor. The Bleeder is rated for 170psi and it works flawlessly when coupled with my 175psi 80% duty compressor. I don't doubt the other reviews but clearly the issue is sufficient compressor capacity to approach efficient operation.

Makes bleeding brakes an easy, one-person job
I bought this item to flush my old brake fluid and replace it with new fluid while replacing all four calipers on my 2013 Toyota Sequoia. It really makes brake fluid replacement and brake bleeding an easy, one-person job, and it works well. I gave it 4 stars because there are a number of small issues that others have pointed out: 1) Even though it comes with an assortment of rubber adapters to fit the bleed valves, it still sucks a little bit of air into the hose when bleeding brakes. I found that if you push the rubber adapter onto the bleeder valve as you are bleeding the brakes it helps prevent air from getting into the line but it still isn't perfect. It still works, but it is hard to tell if you have any air in the line as there air air bubbles in the drain hose. 2) According to the manual, this needs an air compressor capable of 70-170 psi and at least 4.3 cfm. This is bigger than most recreational mechanics have and bigger demand than a pancake compressor. I have an 8 gallon, 150 psi, 3.4 cfm air compressor. It got the job done but I had to keep stopping the process multiple times to let my air tank refill. One HUGE plus is the refill tank that comes with the kit!!! It made it very easy to bleeding all the lines without worrying about emptying out the brake fluid reservoir. Just suck out the old fluid from the reservoir, refill it, then fill the refill tank and mount it with the spout in your reservoir. As you bleed the lines, the refill bottle will keep the reservoir at the appropriate level so you don't hVe to worry about draining the reservoir and getting air in your lines.

Fully functional tool.
I bought this tool almost 2 months ago. I read some of the reviews & was a bit hesitant to buy. I bought it anyways & I am extremely pleased with it. I work at an automotive dealership & I am regularly doing brake fluid flushes with this tool. I have not had any issues with it & if the tools fails, I would not hesitate to buy another one because it is affordable & I already got my money's worth out of it.

EZ to use brake tools !!
This is one of the best tools I've purchased in a long time. Does what it claims to do and more. One thing I have seen in the reviews is about bubbles in the lines . Some blame this on the rubber adapters that came with the tool. When you keep getting small bubbles in your lines, try wrapping the bleeder screw threads with Teflon (plumbers) tape. Be very careful NOT to cover the small hole on the side of the screw near the tip. I wrap mine about 8 layers and air stops getting past the threads. So no more little bubbles when the fluid turns clear ! Then just tighten bleeder screw when done, leaving thread tape on screw. I've done brakes on more vehicles than I can remember without a problem. Also did brakes on an older international dump truck. 2 bleeders per tire and they work great now. I also made a manifold so I could hook up all 4 tires at same time and control the flow. Definitely would buy again and recommend to anyone on the fence regarding purchasing this item !

I really like this Bleeder kit.
The BILITOOLS 3L Vacuum Brake Bleeder Kit is a must-have for any DIY mechanic or garage setup. I used it for a full brake fluid flush on my truck, and it made the job fast, clean, and truly a one-person operation. The pneumatic system pulls fluid smoothly without introducing air, and the 3-liter capacity is more than enough for multiple vehicles. The fittings are solid, the reservoir is sturdy, and the included adapters fit a range of master cylinders. Cleanup was easy, and the transparent hose makes it simple to monitor flow and bubbles. If you're serious about brake maintenance, this kit delivers professional-level results with minimal hassle.

I bought this brake bleeder kit to replace a manual bleeder I have. This kit is super easy to use. I installed new calipers on my car, and this unit bled all the air out of the calipers the first time. Makes bleeding the brakes on your own a breeze.

I have very mixed feeling on this product. On one hand it does work, for the most part. It does create enought of a vacuum that it will suck brake fluid through the system and even purge air. On the other hand its kind of finicky. Every single time I have used it I always have to go around three or four time and then I end up just pressure bleed for a final check but it just doesn't seem to do a great job. For flushing a system or getting most of the air out of a system it does work, but in my experience with the one I received it just never does a good enough job to rely on it to completely bleed a system which is frustrating. I'm not sure exactly why, maybe it doesn't seal well enough or maybe it doesn't have a strong enough vacuum effect. Either way at least for me, it's useable but not completely trustable which makes it a hard tool to recommend. The reservoir bottle is a nice touch honestly would rather have a more reliable tool. Maybe your experience will very but again I can't recommend a tool I don't trust.
