Dispenser works really well and a good price. The only trick was making sure we got the correct soap refill packet as Georgia Pacific has two types - one for a manual dispenser, and one for an automatic dispenser.

Relatively solid design for it's price abd works as intended. The only catch is it uses a proprietary shaped nozel design demanding that you purchase only PB/GP Brand refills, which are average for brand name but somewhat costlier than generic refills that fit other brand dispensers. So they get you in the end. But depending on your usage, the refills do go a long way, and so in the end they're competitively worth it.

We ended up liking these even more than we thought we would. Plus it clears up the counter. The soap is really nice on your hands. When I'm washing dishes, the last thing I do is wash my hands with this. It really helps prevent dry hands. It does stick out from the wall a good bit, so plan for that when you pick the location. I would pick the black color, if at all possible, because white ends up showing dirt on the push lever. I am concerned that over time the white plastic will yellow. Yet it wasn't an expensive item and could be replaced. I generally just wash the level with the soap I have in my hand already, so I'm cleaning it routinely. Wish I could get others in the household to do the same, LOL!

On two separate ocassion, there’s always low battery power, or the soap won’t dispense. I ordered 4 of them, thought the first one was defective. Returned it. The 2nd one eventually had the same problem. It will show error code everyday, and stop dispensing soap. We replaced the soap multiple times. Nothing helped. Went back to manual dispenser. Not worth the headaches.

Installation wasn't hard but it wasn't easy. Directions weren't clear to me. I actually held off installing this for several weeks. But once I dedicated myself to the task it was ok. The soap took more than the specified 2-4 pumps to get going. Be careful not to slide the mounting plate into the dispenser before mounting else they are a devil to separate. We'll see how it stands up to use but for now it's on the wall and functional.

After a couple of months usage, it still decently working. I have encountered no issue with this dispenser.

The hands free battery powered version of this dispenser is a pain to maintain good batteries. Replaced it with this one and no more complaints and you have complete control of how much soap it dispenses.

What a nightmare! While the unit looks good, I can not find the soap that fits it anywhere in Canada. I even contacted Georgia Pacific directly and they can not help. Apparently the soap that fits this can not be shipped in Canada and it can only be bought and shipped in the USA. So much time has passed that I am unable to return it so am out the money and still have no dispenser! So annoying. They should have mentioned this in the description.
