Can this device use Tap water?

We only recommend to use untreated tap water. If you know you live in a hard water area the untreated tap water can be mixed 50/50 with either distilled or demineralised water but there needs to be at least a 50% concentration of untreated tap water used in order for the steam function to work properly.

Is this steamer dual voltage please?

This product is not dual voltage. The voltage of this product is 220-240v, a small amount of voltage fluctuation from a standard UK socket.

I purchased dt8250. in instructions says switch on the appliance and wait until the light stops flashing. my button never flashes it is steady lit.

The product will flash if it is in standby mode. Press the "On-Off" button and wait until it stops flashing.
