When I make a big batch of soup I like to freeze some for my cousin who is older and lives alone, but I have a small freezer so not a lot of room. These fit the space I have well, and being square are easy to clear flat space for, but even if they are a little tilted, they don't leak. The lids are tight, but easy to remove and put on. Once frozen, I either send it home with her in the mold, or decant the soup and put it in vacuum seal bags for her to use later. A cup of soup just suits her, and the cubes just pop right out of the molds. The 1/2 cup measurement line is fairly easy to see as well. They wash up well in the dishwasher too. I've had them several months and used them a lot, and I'm happy with this product.

This is an exceptional product! Have owned them for months and they are rotated every nine days; as I feed my highly allergic golden a homemade Vet recipe. They might as well be brand new! Made sturdy, great seal to keep liquid in, freezes quickly and pops out without residue. Moreover, they have remained perfect in the dishwasher’s top rack! Love this product!!!

If you feed your dogs raw food, this is the storage answer you've been looking for! I buy bulk ground meat whenever it's on sale and freeze that for my two golden retrievers. These are perfectly sized for a serving. They stack nicely and beat every other solution I tried. I am so happy I purchased 5 more, so I'll soon own 7 packages of these. I have no complaints at all. They're very easy to work with. Edit: I've now placed my third order of these. We absolutely love them. They wash nicely and are great in the freezer. If you need to freeze food in portions, you should buy these. They work great.

These are great for leftovers or make ahead meals when you don’t want fast food. It’s just the right size for all your needs. It has a line for 1/2 cup and another for 1 cup. They are light weight. They are so easy to use because of the steel wire along the outer edge keeps it from collapsing during transport to the freezer. The kids stay on good and they stack great. Helps to keep them organized.

I made homemade egg noodles and chicken soup and froze some in these containers. The containers were very sturdy and did not bend when I was filling them up with soup. I was skeptical because I was worried about the homemade noodles getting freezer burnt and turning out mushy. I took some out of the freezer and there were no signs of freezer burns. I defrosted it yesterday in the microwave and it was delicious just like the day I made it. With the winter season coming around I wanted to have some on hand just in case any of us get gets sick. I’ll be buying another box for my homemade chili.

I've used these twice and might buy more. I bought the 2 cup ones and like them. Easy to pop out the soup. The rime has metal embedded the rim so they are easy to carry without flopping around. The description to me is a little misleading. It does say 4 pieces which are 4 individual 2 cup silicone molds. It also includes 4 lids for a total of 8 pieces in the box. If you buy cookware or anything with lids, the lids are included in the count. The box my molds came in was also a little misleading and I thought I had ordered the wrong size. I've already recycled the boxes so I can't quote verbatim but it said something about them having fill lines for 1/2 cup and 1 cup. The 2 cup ones have fill lines for 1 cup and 2 cup.

The product was of moderate quality at best, despite the glowing commentary in the product description. When I tried to return the product due to the sub-standard quality, Laygar refused to provide me with a postage-paid return label. I had to pay one-third of the product's price to ship it back. Laygar offered me a $20 coupon in an attempt to buy me off. I would have ended up dropping the product off at a flea market as it was hopeless to use.

i absolutely LOVE these! so easy to use, pops right out, normally i struggle my butt off with silicone trays getting stuff out but they have a stiff metal rim that makes popping the frozen block out really easy.

Used regularly and are holding up well. Ideal portion size for soups and chilli.
