This is the second of these Cups I have bought. I cannot fault it in anyway. Hot drinks made at 7am are still warm at 1pm. It doesn't have any handles to get in the way and it's a comfortable cup to hold. It's easy to open when drinking by just flipping the the little tab. This cup can fall over and it doesn't leak.

Some travel mugs can have annoying lids that are fiddly to clean but this one is simple and the drink hole has a small rubber seal that easily pops off to clean. A large size generally keeps coffee warm to drink through a mornings work saving me many trips to the kettle. For out and about this acts as a coffee shop large size when ordering, fits in a car cup holder or side pocket of a backpack easily and is just perfect.

The cups are amazing!! They keep hot beverages VERY hot for a VERY long time and do not leak at all when the top is in the closed position. HIGHLY recommend!! Wonderful! (Warning: Don't drop, as I did and the bottom part came off. The cup was still useable but did not keep the beverage as hot as long.) Of course, we ordered a replacement as they are WONDERFUL!!

Great for keeping my coffee warm on the school run

The Contigo is a well designed flask as advertised. However, we have found that it doesnt seem to retain heat like a traditional thermos flask. I tend to use it with cold liquids, though my aprtner uses it for hot liquids. I have bought four so far. The second one had a problem with the rubber washer. It came loose, causing a leak. however, it was possible to carefully push the washer back into place in the rim of the lid. So far, so good.All in all, it is my favourite flask.

Bought on the recommendation of my sister when I was complaining the travel mug I had was not keeping my coffee warm until break time at school. I'm skeptical it would still be warm after 5 or 6hrs as per the claims on this product but it was certainly plenty warm enough for me after 3hrs. Nice colour and looks good, I don't love the opening to drink from as I find it a bit dribbly, so overall I'm not quite convinced it's £20 worth of mug but it is better than the one I had before!Edit: update 2mths into using this mug, despite being closed properly it's leaked spectacularly in my bag twice now, and the bag in question was sat on the passenger seat of my car during my commute so not like it was getting bounced around on a hike! Disappointing.
