It’s a great product but because it arrived very late I received my money back. I am in Canada and it wasn’t the sellers fault so I still want to pay him.

Brilliant!! Just follow the directions and it works wonderfully...Comes with oil and even a practice tile as well as detailed instructions. I'm guessing the Velcro included with the oil is so you can maybe Velcro it to the tool itself? I'm not too sure but .... I am sure that I'm very excited to use this for my future art and tile projects. Thank you !

Very difficult to use despite following the instructions. Had to return it. At least the return process was easy and quick

It performs well on smaller tiles but it struggles with larger or thicker materials, and often leaves imprecise cuts. If you're undertaking a large project, consider using a wet saw instead.

Great little tool. I had a guy coming to lay new flooring in my bathroom, he messed up the underlayment so bad that I said "your not coming back to do the tile". So off I was to do it on my own. I didn't want to shell out for a tile cutter, and this was cheaper than renting one from the store. So I figured 'why not'. Well I was extremely pleased with how easy it was to use. It does require a good deal of force and a little bit of technique. So practice until you are sure of yourself. But once you get it down, it goes pretty smoothly. Pros: Easy to use. Does more or less the same work for a fraction of the price. Cons: It will kill your hands, if you are doing a big job or have trouble with your hands in general, maybe just go ahead and rent a tile saw. Probably should be common sense, but it can't do square cuts. It can do straight lines or curved lines, but don't think you are going to cut a square out of a corner with this. For that you will probably need an actual tile saw.
