Der Mahlgrad ist fein dosiert einzustellen.Einzig die feste Verbindung der Abdeckung mit der Kurbel empfinde ich als ungeschickt.Die Mühle steht mit aufgesetzter Kurbel nicht sehr stabil und brauch viel Platz.Kurbel abnehmen hilft, aber dann bleibt das Einfüllfach offen (wie eine Kaffeedose ohne Deckel).Die Kurbel wird einfach aufgesteckt und hält aufgrund der präzisen Passung. Manchmal, nach anstrengendem Mahlen, "verklemmt" sich die Kurbel und ist schwierig zu lösen. Weil aber der (zerbrechliche) Glasdeckel fest mit der Kurbel verbunden ist, schwingt immer die Angst mit, bei zu heftigem Ziehen, den Glasdecke zu beschädigen.Meiner Meinung nach würde die Mühle verbessert, wären Deckel und Kurbel getrennt.Ungeachtet dessen ist dies eine wirklich ausgezeichnete Mühle zu einem Preis, der nachdenklich stimmt.
