While the plastic pod itself remains completely functional as a protective cover for a long time, the delightful peppermint scent and active freshness fade much faster than I expected. After about a month of daily use, the minty aroma drops off significantly. I really wish the essential oil infusion lasted a bit longer so I didn't have to swap out the pod purely to get that fresh, active taste back. Final Verdict This is an excellent, sanitary accessory that makes brushing your teeth a much more pleasant experience, especially when you are on the go. It looks great, keeps the gross stuff off your bristles, and tastes amazing at first. These are a must-have for travel. I have only tried the one with peppermint oil. It is very subtle scent. They can be pricey so I try to get them on sale.
