This is so fresh and does not have a strong fish flavor. I don’t burp it up, so it doesn’t upset my stomach. It’s smooth and is worth the money. I researched this product extensively and am happy with it. My doctor asked me what I do because my HDL was so good after taking it. My dentist appointment was a breeze for the first time and she said it looked like I was taking really good care of my teeth even though this was the only major change I made. I started giving it to my daughter that had felt as light as a feather and fragile. She finally started feeling weighty and she doesn’t complain that her fingers hurt when I hold her hand now. I think it’s making her bones stronger. My husband uses a different brand that’s fermented and his HDL wasn’t near as good but yet his fish oil taste gross.

Let me start off this review by stating that I absolutely hate the taste of fish. It is disgusting to me and it makes me instantly want to vomit. With that being said, this fish oil is so mild and neutral tasting that I actually don't mind the taste at all. Sure it has the slightest bit of fish taste as one would expect from the oil of a fish, but its very minimal and for someone who hates fish, I am fine. Plus its the best, most nutritious, purest fish oil on the market by miles. Highly recommended for those seeking true health. Most fish oil products are rancid and heated to the point of destroying the omega-3's. This is pure, raw goodness cold pressed just like nature intended.

I have been dealing with acne since I was a teenager. At 31 I would expect not to have acne problems anymore but unfortunately that's not the case. I went to a dermatologist and spent lots of money in treatments and was medicated with roacutane/accutane, which is an artificial version of retinol (vitamin A). My skin improved a lot while I was taking the accutane pills, but the side effects associated with this drug are really harmful so I was getting a clear skin but a great health cost. Also, the minute I stopped the treatment I got acne again so this was not a long-term solution. I decided to try a natural version of vitamin A, so I got this CLO. So far I've been drinking 2.5ml a day for two weeks and my skin has started to clear again. I noticed my pores to be smaller and there are fewer new pimples. Just like when I started with accutane, but without the side effects. This is also a much cheaper option. I bought this brand and I also got Dropi to compare. I haven’t tested Dropi yet as I opened this one first. I’ll update once I have compared both. Regarding taste, I don’t really like fishy flavors so even though this one tastes very mild, I prefer to drink it from a spoon holding my breath followed immediately by a glass of water with lemon. That makes my ritual totally painless!

I haven't used this product but for just a few days. The taste is neutral and I like that you only have to take a half a teaspoon. I got this product to boost my immunity. I'll I will write another review in a couple of months just to let you know how my health has changed. What I was most impressed with when I open the box was that it was very well packaged. There was enough paper in there to cushion the glass bottle. It wasn't rolling around in the box like most of the orders. And the bottle was wrapped up with bubble wrap and another plastic sleeve on top of it.☆☆☆☆☆ It is a little pricey but it's in the purest form and not overly processed. I like that! Pure quality! I will change my rating for the product once I see some results.

This cod liver oil is consistently the same: little to no flavor (you can get it in lemon flavor if that's your thing), and a manageable thickness. I use this daily and have probably been through at least a dozen bottles over the last 4 years or so. This is great for vitamin D supplementation that your body actually digests and doesn't harden your arteries. I mix it with a shot-glass of oatmilk each day. I've bought bottles for my friends too, and never once heard a complaint!

Hello fellow viewers, this is the BEST I have ever tasted. But being the weird natural freak that I am; I will add that I love the flavor, because it’s so fishy, haha. I have taken different kinds of fish oil before. And prefer the capsules (so I can pop them in my mouth 😆 and I mean pop them in my mouth and pop them kinda pop them) yeah as a kid I ate this stuff like candy! But anyway this cod liver oil is one of the very best kinds out there for multiple reasons #1 it’s virgin and it has a wonderful balance of fats and vitamins readily available to be absorbed into the body, very fulfilling. And I feel much better taking it💙 I’ve been taking it every SINGLE DAY for several weeks. However, my only issue is the price is very high but I will continue to buy this one with my hard earned money if it doesn’t go farther up. I used to get this all the time, but they stopped including the syringe, even though the plug is designed for it, making it a pain to actually extract the fish oil. Jury is out on whether taking the oil actually has any health benefits. If there are benefits, they aren’t easily noticeable. Lastly, having tried other fish oils now, this one tastes the most fishy. Does that make it better quality? Who knows? But it tastes like a raw fish, and not the good kind used in sushi.

CLO is recommended as a first food for babies by Weston A. Price Foundation, Nourishing Traditions. Fat is very important for babies developing brains. My 3 year old still loves it and my 6 month old just started taking it and also loves it. The taste is so mild (unflavored) and I take it as well. An added bonus is the 6 month old sleeps more soundly at night after introducing it. Highly recommended especially for the littles.
