This beef tallow supplement is easy to take and well packaged. Capsules are smooth and didn’t cause any stomach discomfort. I appreciate the grass-fed sourcing and simple ingredient list. Fits well into a nutrient-focused supplement routine. A solid choice if you’re specifically looking for tallow-based supplements. However, I think I will stick to another brand for now.

I take these daily with UltraNutrient daily vitamins - best to take vitamins with some healthy fats for better absorption. Hair skin and nails are improving, and I’ve had dry brittle nails for decades. Finally the nails beds are a pretty color, hair is shinier and skin isn’t as saggy or wrinkly. I suggest starting small and add capsules weekly or monthly. I just take 2 a day.
