Best washing liquid for removing baked in grease
Not cheap but well worth it cleans almost everything in the kitchen

Best dish soap around.
Dawn dish soap has been around for years now and if you have not tried it yet, you should. It cleans the greasiest of dishes spotless and leaves them "squeaky clean". I also use Dawn to wash my windows and it leaves them crystal clear. No haze, no streaks, and no spots. Love this stuff!

cuts thru grease
Dawn dish detergent is strong enough to cut through grease but gentle enough to wash the oil off of the animals that were affected by the Valdez Oil Spill. This the only dish detergent I want to use..
