I admit I use a rugged case. What musician doesn't; but two things: 1. The tablet shelf isn't even deep to hold my wife's tablet with its slim design. 2. Fabricating the tablet shelf to be either adjustable or at a minimum 2 - 3 inches deep would have had me sold! Failed on that alone.
