It's a small package, but I knew that when I read the description. I purchased it to make tea, oil, and cream and it has worked great for each; I just wish there was a larger package.

It doesn’t say on the package whether or not it’s been cooked. You’re never supposed to eat raw yams, I think its cooked but I can tell. 🤷♀️
