if you cant get a hold of a seller, then most definitely contact Amazon (i would make sure there's a document trail, trust me) so message thru AMazon or email amazon's cust service. If you call be sure to inform them that you want everything confirmed in an email to you. When you call ask for Cust serv, then ask for Logistics Dept. hope this helps others:)

Does this pillow come compressed and If so did it fluff up ?

Yes the pillow came in a box and had to be compressed to fit inside. Once you take it out of the box the pillow quickly fluffs up.

Comfortable, washable pillow!

Fantastic pregnancy pillow. It's helped me sleep comfortably through 2 pregnancies. I haven't needed to add more filling to it either. I'm 5ft3 and it's big for me so taller women should be fine to use it too 👍🏻 the photo shows it laying across my king bed for size reference.

The size matches the pictures. The stuffing isn't as hard as the pictures make it look, but it is very comfortable and soft to lay on.

Pretty good!

My younger sister is having a surgery on her lower back so she can't sleep on it, she needs to sleep on her stomach but she's never been a stomach sleeper. Decided to get her this and so far so good!!! The outer cover can be washed and the inner one holds the thick fluff which you can remove if you want it thinner. Happy with my purchase and definitely recommend!!!
