At first i was reluctant to try the product because i have acne prone skin and new skincare products tend to either dry out my skin or cause breakouts. After hearing constant praises on the neogen cleanser, i decided to purchase and give this a try.First of all, let me start by saying that i love the idea of the green tea leaves actually present in the bottle,100% natural. The foam is really light, smells great, and just 1 pump goes a long way. My skin loves it. Gentle clean that you can see and feel. My face felt really smooth.CONS:After a few uses, the pump on the bottle stopped working completely. Since then iv had to remove the cap every single time i want to wash my face, and by doing that i think it defeats the purpose of "a foaming cleanser".Only reason why i gave this product four stars. ### ⭐⭐ Broke me out :( *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 5, 2019* I'm sad to say but I'm pretty sure its breaking me out. I have pimples popping where they NEVER used to like on my chest and jaw, even my stomach when I tried it there. I can usually use any old cleaner but this just doesnt work for me. I also added a new exfoliating gel to my routine around the same time but I dont use that anywhere but my face, so I'm pretty sure my sudden acne everywhere else I use this cleaner is not my gels fault. It feels very lightweight and airy too. Super sad I cant use it on my face BUT my arms and legs dont react to it! I plan on using all of this or maybe seeing if my bf can tolerate it and finding another cleaner. This has been sold out of Sephora for two months and I found it here. It's the exact same one I brought and the package is better secure than what Sephora shipped me. This is a great Korean face wash if your prone to acne breakouts and you have oily sensitive skin. It's the first formula that is stripping but doesn't make the skin extremely dry. I only use it at night so my pores can be free of dirt and grime from the day. I love this and the Cranberry foam cleanser. Also I had to goggle the instructions because it's all in Korean.
