BLUELAND Clean Home Kit, 3 Bottle with 3 Refill Tablets

I like the bathroom and multipurpose spray, but the foaming hand soap dispenser was such a pain. It either barely gets any out, only squirts out water, or it sprays all over me when I try to get the soap out. Update They contacted me and sent me out a new pump for the soap dispenser and it works great now. They handled it very quickly and I greatly appreciate it. Highly recommend

I use a few of the Blueland products. They are significantly better than the competition. The foaming hand soap is foamier and lasts a long time. The toilet bowl cleaner is easy and effective. The spray cleaners are also very easy to refill and work well. I would suggest the opening be slightly larger or the tablets skinnier to make it a little easier. They take up less space than having the next refill bottle hanging around. The spray bottles are comfortable to hold and the nozzle sprays easily.

We’ve been using the product for 6 months now and really love the quality, smells, etc of all of the cleaners (hand soaps, cleaners, toilet cleaner etc) but the spray bottles and soap bottles are terrible quality. We had to replace one soap dispenser within weeks because the pump was jammed and the replacement is only mildly better. We also have one faulty spray bottle that the pump gets stuck. It is a shame that the non-reusable part of the product is something that needs to be replaced as often if not more as a disposable container of soap or cleaner. I hope they work to improve the quality.

Super excited to finally receive my kit. I love how everything is color coded, the tablet colors match the bottle color. There was no confusion on which to dissolve in which bottle, especially with how they came packaged together. The tablet took about 10-15 minutes to dissolve completely, that was without me shaking it to speed it up. The scent is mild, it isn't an in your face cleaning solution smell like other brands, it is subtle but noticeable while cleaning, I find it pleasant. I love the weight of the hand soap bottle, and since it is clear, it looks great anywhere. The bathroom and multi surface bottles are a really nice thick plastic and aren't too heavy to carry around. A pet peeve of mine is a funk spray, and I'm happy to report the spray feature on these bottles is a lovely mist. This kit is my new go-to house warming gift!

I like the cleaners, they work fine and the scent is light and nice. The hand soap pump does not work. The soap barely comes out and I have to pump so many times for the tiny bit that comes out. It doesn’t sud up which is one of the things I enjoy about washing my hands. I will be going back to my Bath and Body Works soap pump. The kitchen cleaner bottle is also flawed. When I squeeze the trigger it does not come back up, I have to pull it up and press again then pull it up. It’s inconvenient to use. Very disappointed with the construction of the bottle pump and triggers. Won’t be purchasing again. I will have to use bottles from other companies since I still have a lot of tablets left.

The Blueland product line is very aesthetic—that’s why I chose it over the many other lines of eco-friendly home cleaning products. If that’s all that mattered to me—like maybe if I hired someone else to clean my house—this would be a 5 star review. Maybe that sounds superficial but if I like the way a bottle of bathroom cleaning spray is designed, I’m far more likely to not hate the chore of cleaning the bathroom. But ultimately, these are just hunks of plastic that don’t work. I’ve been using/trying to use them for over six months to no avail. They fail at the basic premise of their function: – the bottles leak – the nozzles don’t spray right – the hand soap pump doesn’t pump and/or foam It’s almost comedic how poorly these perform. Once you squeeze the spray bottles, you have to wait at least a full second before being able to spray it again. That doesn’t sound like such a burden but the next time you’re liberally spritzing a surface with cleaner try stopping after each spritz and counting “one mississippi” before the next. Sometimes the handsoap pump produces an ideal wad of foam. But other times, the pump itself either gets too much air in it or something and instead, after trying to firmly but gingerly press down on the brittle plastic dispenser affixed to the disproportionately weighty glass bottle, all you get is a bubbly dribble of soap. I’ve read other reviews on here that say the company reached out to them and replaced their faulty nozzles and pumps. That’s very nice, though I don’t suppose I rate as *influencer* enough to expect a call myself. It’s likely if you’re reading this, you won’t either. To be clear: Blueland absolutely should replace these products as we have paid them our hard earned money and not received appropriate value for it. But that sidesteps a far more egregious flaw in the brand’s value prop. By inspiring us to invest in what are supposed to be long-lasting, reusable products that are marketed as “good for the future of our planet” but have been so poorly designed and produced they need to be replaced with MORE plastic, Blueland is only increasing our collective contributions to garbage patches around the globe while purporting to do the exact opposite. That’s a stink even the best smelling products can’t get off Blueland.

The spray bottle for the toilet cleaner is defective and doesn’t actually spray. The solution smells good though. The all purpose cleaner is good and I would maybe rebuy, but I’d probably just buy a refill from Mrs. Meyers. The handsoap is trash. It foams but you need like 10 pumps to actually make a soap that can last and it doesn’t lather so your hands don’t feel clean. After the soap got about halfway use the pump stopped working so now it’s useless and you can’t get to the rest of the product. Very disappointed and I wanted to like this so bad. Going to to Mrs Meyers. Unfortunately, there will be more plastic used, but at least the products work as advertised and I feel like I’m actually cleaning and not just using perfume water to wipe things down in my house.
