This game box is a boon for those who do not want to invest on a high end gaming system and want to test the usage and utility/requirement of video game. My son wanted a high-end gaming device however I was not sure on the frequency of usage considering the high cost. This "Game Box" proved to be an exceptional alternative. Once the box was delivered, the support team proactively reached out for installation support. I wanted to customize the device which they promptly assisted. The game box has controllers akin to a high-end gaming device and options to play PSP and PlayStation games in addition to Nintendo, Atari etc thereby catering to kids and adults. Certainly recommended.

Purchased this game just 3 month back, both remotes not working, tried to call support team they diagnosed that reveiver is not working "that is faulty" but they are charging for same, i requested to cover it under warranty, but they refused for same,now my game console is just show piece not working, Highly dissatisfied, will move to consumer forum n legal action.

Pretty decent video game device to play retro games. GTA vice City , WWE games are available in the psp emulator. And a lot of ps1 , Nintendo games Performance is good , setup is simple.

Game box is superb. The support provided by installation team was remarkable. Really I was completely impressed with their immediate all time customer support even after 6month of purchase. Highly recommended.

It would have been the perfect console. Just that the PSP and PS2 titles are almost unplayable as the console’s configuration seriously lacks performance and games are laggy and jittery. PS1 games are slightly better but have noticeable input lag. Classic games are fine and fun but also have slight lag in response. For example, mario jumps few millisecond after the button is pushed. It is something that would take getting used to but it is not at par with the original, old consoles where the response was instant. At this price, I chose this thinking these quality issues won’t be there but was disappointed with this. It is fun and nostalgic to play multiplayer games nevertheless with these issues. However, a much cheaper console would have been fine if I were to play only classic games with remote input lag. I tried using a wired controller as well but that also had lag so it is not a wireless/bluetooth issue. The console is very underpowered and at this price, it is disappointing as the product could have been perfect with only a little more processing power.

I like the build quality, it has all the new games (not the latest ones), apart from retro classics. The unit they supplied is like a set top box to make your TV android-smart, you can use to run apps like Netflix and other play store ones. Support team is very good and prompt. They have offered to provide new games as well on demand. Over all good experience.

None of the games work properly. The resolution is so bad that the PS-1 and PS-2 games are unplayable. Only mario and kontra work....there are various other products available at less than half the price of this product.

Good osom product..all the way back to 90's.. For time pass it is osom as we have many games pre- loaded on it.. 5 star for the customer service- they follow up proactively checking and also go to the next level by assisting through Video call for setup.. Explained evrything about the settings and usage...
