Effective for a more positive outlook in my life
I dont know why but one of these at night makes the next day a bit happier. I like the purity. I really try to avoid magnesium stearate and the PURE brand provides this quality. This is one of several Pure brand supplements I use. Yes, I feel a difference after about 1 week if I stop using. My brain ain't right on its own!

Fantastic product good mineral supplement
