The M3P Military Pen Pocket Patch was designed and produced for Army and Air Force OCP uniforms and is a perfect color match using genuine Velcro brand fasteners. OCP uniforms do provide pen pockets, but they are poorly placed and inconvenient. Standard OCPs have them on the forearm, which results in the pens stabbing your bicep when you bend your arm.
