What is the best shade for a severely pale white side with brutal dark circles?

Unfortunately, we have no concealer stick for severely pale white skin but may I suggest using Gentlehomme Concealer Stick Light, it's the lightest concealer stick color we have and can help you cover up those unwanted dark circles. Will this hide a small tattoo on the arm where the shirt may touch throughout the day?

However hiding an ink tattoo is deeper into the skin and this is not designed to hide a tattoo. What is the best shade for ebony skin?
