Do these pens bleed through to the other side of the page?

No they don't -- at least, not through regular copy paper or bond paper.

They come apart but I couldn't find a refill for them. But love how they write!

Hi, I am not sure if there are different multi packs but the assorted one I bought had: black, blue, red, purple, teal, and orange. And it came with 2 of each color.
