Are you waking up in the very early hours of morning ?
This works so good!!! Whenever I wake up in the early hours of the morning I just take a dose of this and Iโm asleep shortly after. Most beneficial but the flavor is kind of funky.

If you are using this product every night you are missing out on amazing sleep. This product changed my life. I was using Benadryl and different over the counter sleep aids and nothing helped. This with a little magnesium will help you achieve amazing sleep!

I felt drugged
This just wasn't for me. I took the recommended amount and I was really out of it. To get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I was staggering and just not awake enough. I tried less which was just ok. It will help you sleep no doubt but I am afraid to use it. I liked that it was a more natural choice for sleep but wow!
