I keep Knorr pasta products on hand as they make quick convenient meals and are really versatile. I dont think any are super amazing, but they are very good for what they are. I like any and all of them. I usually buy whatever is on sale as I am not picky. I tend to keep a variety of Knorr products in my pantry for their convenience as well as their long shelf life. Shelf life in my experience goes waaaaaaaaaaaay beyond any date on the package. Date is not indicating anything to do with safety, it is about the quality. Rarely even notice a change in quality. I dont even do anything special in terms of storage. Sometimes I toss soe packets in a zip lock bag, sometimes they just sit out on a cupboard shelf. No issues, not even with creamy ones. Anway, I like the Knorr sides and have been buying them for years. Buying a lot more this past year as prices go up, availability across the board goes down. Buy food now while you still can. I like knowing that I have a variety of food on hand in case of emergency. Or simply to not have to go to the store every time I want to eat. I don't eat this kind of food all the time but it works in a pinch as needed and is still reasonably priced for the amount it makes. Not complicated to make, cooks up pretty quickly. Can eat as is, or add other goodies into it. Can even use some as a base for a quick soup. Get creative!

This was the first time I purchased these and I am so glad. These are creamy, even with skim milk. The package comes with everything but the water, milk and butter. I really enjoyed this and will use it as a side dish or even a dish by itself.

noodles pretty good, sauce not as robust, flavorful, or thick as I'd like. I add stuff to it for a casserole and it works great for that

while affordable and easy to prepare, the pasta does not get as tender as it ought when following the directions. if you prefer your pasta extremely al dente, then this is a good buy.

I have ordered these several times now; they have become a staple in my pantry. The flavor is absolutely delicious, the quality is great, and they are easy to prepare. The directions state to add 1-1/2 Cups water and 1/2 Cup milk, but I always add 1 Cup of each. This makes the sauce richer. They do take a while to cook; you need to turn the heat down and let it simmer for a while until all the liquid is absorbed. The result is a perfectly cooked, al-dente noodle in a rich, creamy sauce. Just top with fresh parmesan cheese (not the stuff from the can), and you have a gourmet meal! Delicious!
