What type of door anchor is included with the set?

Unfortunately, this door anchor is too thick to allow me to close the door securely. Mine are old doors (7 feet tall) in an old apt. building in NYC and they've been painted a million times. It's all I can do to close the door WITHOUT the anchors. I've tried inserting the fabric strap anchor from both sides of several doors; near the doorknob and at the bottom, not being able to use the top of the door ( 7 feet, remember?) although only one door has enough space in front of it to allow a workout... Just a heads up they may not work for you and YOUR doors.

Can these bands be used to help with pull ups?

I am 51. Are these short enough to strap ankle to ankle for straight leg donkey kicks?

I have tried that, and it hasn't worked for me. 🫤
