This is a really great mug

Sadly stopped working after a few uses. I did not submerge in water and washed it very carefully but looks like the water from the main cup still seeped through. Very poorly made and total waste of money.

The product feels abousltly great in my hands comfortable. Cleaning it is very easier but would be careful cleaning the bottom due to uses battery's and put it in water or a dishwasher will stop it to work altogether.

Decent cup

A novelty gift for my son for xmas, worked perfectly but after the second use the liquid leaked into the base where the motor and batteries are contained. The base is a simple twist lock system to contain the batteries and does not have any rubber seals on it so I was worried about washing it and found myself trying to get the mug (whose purpose is to contain a liquid) too wet. The motor and stir function are good creating a nice vortex in the mug but the internal leak was disappointing. I bought a blue one which has not yet leaked in the same way but moisture does form in the battery compartment so we have stopped using this one as well.

Works a treat on my 3 in one coffee sachets

I had one of these before, but it stopped working and change batteries but it still stopped, so hoping for better with this. The last only last a month.

It only worked for 2-3 times after my 1st use I carefully washed it and got it ready for next use. In the morning made my drink, pressed the button nothing happened. After few seconds saw the little spinner (looked like this✖️) floating around had to faf about with the hot drink and fixed the spinner back into its place, worked for 1 time as the drink gone back into the mug it stopped working. I checked and changed the batteries didn’t work. Few times tried nothing happened so just wasted my £8 on plastic and ruined my batteries as they were getting steamed up due to hot drink. Don’t buy it.
