Works phenomenal for at home removal. Used this on my professionally done ktips and they removed like butter. Highly highly recommend for girlies trying to save some money and do it yourself!

This stuff absolutely melts keratin, it's very effective, a little less effective on tape. I don't really think it has a smell at all, it has a consistency similar to hand sanitizer. The gel is nice because it's easier to control.

It took me almost an hour to remove just three bonds, and I even had to use a tool to try to break them. The process left my shoulders in pain. This product is not effective and feels more like a toy than a professional tool. I do not recommend it.

I can't speak for any other brands but I got the keratin powder from this brand and now ordered the gel so I could be able to remove because I messed up my hair and I have to redo everything and I put this gel on most of my bonds came straight out the instructions say to also use pliers to help remove to break the bonds but for the most part like most of them came out just slipped out but you got a really saturate the bond heavily I bought two of these just in case to do my entire head

I feel it doesn’t work any better than just alcohol in a spray bottle. It comes out a bit aggressively but being a gel rather than liquid is nice to soak bonds. It wasn’t bad but I will stick to my old school spray bottle method in the future.
