Apple - Siri Remote MJFM3LL/A (Renewed)

Works better than the Apple remote which came with my device. The vendor was kind enough to send it UPS so I had to struggle with the TV remote for only two days. I am happy to recommend a quality item from a thoughtful vendor.

Picked this up as a replacement remote, and it’s been exactly what I needed. For a renewed product, it performs just like a brand new one. Setup & compatibility: Connected quickly to the Apple TV with no issues. Setup was simple and didn’t take more than a minute or two. Performance: Everything works smoothly — buttons are responsive, and navigation is quick and accurate. The touch/clickpad feels just like the original. Condition (renewed): This was my main concern, but it arrived in great shape. No noticeable wear, scratches, or issues. If I didn’t know it was renewed, I wouldn’t have guessed. Battery & charging: Battery life has been solid so far, and it charges without any problems. What I like from a practical standpoint: • Much cheaper than buying brand new • Same functionality and performance • Easy, hassle-free replacement Minor downside: Packaging is more basic compared to new retail packaging, but that’s expected with renewed products and doesn’t affect performance. 2-month update: Still working perfectly with daily use. No issues with connectivity, responsiveness, or battery. Bottom line: If you need a replacement Apple TV remote, this is a great option. You get the same performance at a lower cost, and it’s hard to tell it’s not brand new.

I like the layout much better, and I like that it has a mute button! No more scrambling to get volume down when answering the phone! The location of the siri button is somewhat nice, but it does tend to get hit by accident.

I purchased two refurbished TV remotes. One of them stop holding a charge (less than 2-day charge) about 2 months after return window so remote was good for only 5 months. The other is currently operating properly. For the price, I should have purchased new Apple remotes. Seller said only if I purchased extended the warranty could they help me. Really?

If you get the right model for your apple tv, you'll be in great shape. And you'll definitely want to make sure that you do. I didn't and had to return mine. The return, refund process is painfully long for this product. I've waited a week and a half and still waiting.

Perfect, as advertised. No concerns. Same as getting one from Apple.
